In line with this, K-market Bangladesh reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order with incorrect price details upon communicating with the buyer(s).

Payment and Order Cancellation

  • Full payment is required for on-hand items, while 50% down payment is required for pre-order items. 50% full payment is required upon the arrival of pre-order item(s).

 

Refund: 

  • Any Refund will as the same payment method.
  • COD will refund by Cash
  • Online payment will go as online payment getaway policy as SSL Commerce have
  • Any refund needs a minimum of 5 to 7 working days to be complete if there any technical issue please allow some time.
  • If anyone pays with a Mobile wallet it will refund as a Mobile wallet, On the same hand Credit, Debit Card, Bank Transfer will so as well.
